Privacy Policy

Last updated 11 August 2026. The short version: this site sets no cookies, runs no analytics and has no accounts. The last step of each calculator asks for your name and email before it shows the estimate. Those details, and that estimate, are emailed to us so we can reply — that is the only personal data this site handles.

In one sentence: the only personal data this site handles is the contact details you type into the final step of a calculator, which are emailed to us and never sold, shared or used for anything but replying to you. There is no database, no tracking and no profile.

Who is responsible for this site

Healthcare App Development Cost Calculators is published by Taction Software Solutions, a trading name of Taction Software LLC (USA). This policy covers this website only. It does not cover any separate service, product or engagement you may enter into with us, which is governed by its own contract and privacy terms.

What this site does not collect

Everything below is absent by design. The one exception — the form at the end of each calculator — gets its own section straight after this one. Specifically, this site has:

  • No cookies. Not analytics cookies, not preference cookies, not session cookies. See our Cookie Policy.
  • No analytics or tracking. No Google Analytics, no Meta Pixel, no LinkedIn Insight Tag, no heatmaps, no session recording, no server-side analytics.
  • No accounts, logins or profiles. There is nothing to sign up for.
  • No newsletter, and only one form. The calculator’s final step is the only form on this site. It is covered in full in the next section. There is no mailing list to join and no gated download.
  • No advertising or data brokering. We do not sell, rent or share data, because we do not have any to share.

Your calculator inputs stay in your browser

Every calculator on this site runs entirely as client-side JavaScript. When you select a scope tier, tick features or change the team location, the arithmetic happens in your browser and the result is rendered on the page. Those selections are held in in-memory component state only — they are not written to cookies, localStorage or sessionStorage. Close the tab before the final step and they are gone.

A practical consequence worth knowing: because nothing is stored, we cannot recover an estimate for you, and reloading the page resets it to the defaults.

The one form: your details at the end of a calculator

The final step of every calculator asks for your name and email, and optionally a company, a phone number and a short note about what you are building. You have to complete it before the estimate is shown. Here is exactly what happens to it.

  • What we receive. The details you typed, plus the estimate you configured — the calculator, the scope tier, your selections and the resulting range.
  • How it reaches us. Your browser posts it to a function on this site, which emails it to our inbox through Resend, our email delivery provider. Resend processes the message in order to deliver it.
  • Where it is stored. In our mailbox, and in Resend’s delivery logs for their retention period. This site has no database, so nothing is stored here.
  • What we use it for. Replying to you about that estimate. We do not add you to a mailing list, we do not sell or rent it, and we do not share it with anyone beyond the delivery provider named above.
  • How to get it removed. Email info@tactionsoft.com and we will delete your details from our mailbox.

If you would rather not send us anything, you do not have to. The formula, the multipliers and the adders are published on the homepage, each calculator page lists its own scope-tier baselines, and the estimate itself appears on screen whether or not you fill the form in.

The one third-party request your browser makes: Google Fonts

The site loads two typefaces, Geist and Geist Mono, from Google Fonts. That means your browser makes requests to fonts.googleapis.com and fonts.gstatic.com. In serving those files, Google receives your IP address and user-agent string as part of the ordinary mechanics of an HTTP request. Google states that it does not set cookies on font requests and does not use them to build advertising profiles.

If you are in the EU or UK and treat Google Fonts as a transfer of personal data, that is the only such transfer on this site. Google’s handling of it is described in the Google Privacy Policy and the Google Fonts privacy FAQ. You can eliminate it entirely by blocking those two domains; the site remains fully readable and every calculator keeps working, it just falls back to your system fonts.

Hosting and server logs

The site is served as static files by a hosting provider. Like essentially all web hosts, that provider may record standard technical request logs — IP address, timestamp, requested URL, response code, user-agent — for security, abuse prevention and operational purposes. We do not use those logs to identify individuals, build profiles or market to visitors, and we do not combine them with any other data set.

Links to other sites

This site links to a small number of external pages, including our registered trademark owner’s primary website in the footer and reference sources such as Google’s privacy documentation. Once you follow a link away from this domain you are subject to that site’s own privacy practices, which we do not control.

Your rights

Depending on where you live you may have rights under the GDPR, the UK GDPR, the CCPA/CPRA or comparable laws — typically the right to access, correct, delete, port or restrict processing of your personal data, and to object to it or withdraw consent.

Those rights are straightforward to honour here: because we hold no personal data collected through this website, there is nothing for us to disclose, correct, export or erase. If you believe otherwise, or if you have interacted with us through some other channel, email info@tactionsoft.com and we will respond. You also have the right to complain to your data protection authority.

Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control

We do not need to respond to DNT or GPC signals in any special way, because there is no tracking to disable. The site behaves identically whether or not those signals are present.

Children

This site is a budgeting tool aimed at businesses and healthcare organisations. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect data from anyone — including children — because we do not collect data at all.

Changes to this policy

If we ever add something that does collect data — an analytics tool, a contact form, an embedded scheduler — we will update this page before or at the same time as that change goes live, and revise the “last updated” date above. This page is the authoritative statement of what the site does.
